🔹 Acts as the single focal point for managing, coordinating, and controlling the entire materials supply chain.
🔹 Executes end-to-end processes: demand reception – planning – warehouse management – material issuance.
🔹 Coordinates with departments, factories, and projects to ensure timely, sufficient, and accurate supply.
🔹 Optimizes material usage through nesting and usage control.
🎯 The Materials Center enables SEICO to operate in a centralized and well-controlled manner, ensuring that all client projects are delivered on schedule.
