Delivery

1. Flexible Delivery Options (Incoterms)

We offer flexible delivery options (Incoterms) to help you manage costs and logistics, tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
  • EXW (Ex-Works): Goods are made available at the SEICO factory in Vietnam. From this point, the customer assumes full responsibility for all subsequent processes, including picking up the goods, completing export procedures, arranging transportation, and handling import into Thailand.
  • FOB (Free on Board): SEICO is responsible for transporting the goods to the designated port in Vietnam, completing export procedures, and safely loading the goods onto the vessel. The customer’s responsibility begins here, covering ocean freight, insurance, and import procedures in Thailand.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): Under this term, SEICO covers all costs of transporting the goods to the destination port in Thailand and purchases marine insurance for the shipment. The customer is solely responsible for import customs clearance and arranging transport from the port to the construction site.
  • DAP (Delivered at Place): This is our most comprehensive and convenient service. SEICO assumes full responsibility for the entire shipping process, delivering the goods directly to your designated construction site in Thailand. The customer is responsible for import duties/taxes and unloading costs.

2. Professional Packaging Process

Safety and accuracy are our top priorities. All steel components are clearly marked with names according to technical drawings, facilitating easy identification and assembly. At the SEICO factory, goods are meticulously packed and secured on specialized pallets or wooden crates by our experienced team, ensuring absolute safety and preventing damage throughout transit. Each shipment includes a detailed packing list, strictly adhering to the documentation requirements of both Vietnam and Thailand, which streamlines the customs clearance process.

3. Convenient On-Site Receipt at Construction Site

Upon the goods’ arrival at the port in Thailand, our team or logistics partners will handle necessary customs procedures, inspection with customs authorities, and payment of applicable duties/fees. Immediately thereafter, containers will be transported directly to your construction site. To ensure a safe and efficient unloading process, customers are required to have on-site equipment such as cranes, excavators, or forklifts ready. We commit to close coordination to ensure a timely and smooth handover process.
